Its excellent!! The bed is super comfy, I slept throught the whole night. Its so quiet. The breakfast is really great and healthy. The hotel is by the haven where the market is. Very close to the cathedral and the boat to the suomenlinna fortress is only a few minutes walk. We had a great vacation and relaxing time.

A perfect stay in a Grand Deluxe room. I have stayed in Hotel Haven some 100 nights over time and you can probably tell that I like the hotel. Great location, delicious breakfast and comfortable beds.

Breakfast had wide choice. Breakfast room in separate building with a slightly awkward entrance (loose step)and not well lit. Staff excellent

The staff were fantastic and extremely accomodating specially mina at reception. The scotish gentleman at the bar was super friendly. All the staff members we have met were very professional and knowledgable also. Always ready to help. Thank you for an unforgetable stay.

Location was great, and able to walk to most things. We had breakfast included in our price and it was excellent. A lot of choice each morning. Room, and facilities some of the best we encountered on our 6 week trip. We even did a side trip to Tallin and the hotel provided a delicious take away breakfast for is. Staff there were exceptional.

Room was very well designed! It was perfect for us with a toddler and a small child. It was clean and well furnished. Stylish. Bed was really big and heavenly as my couple days old back pain was gone after one night (im 2m tall and weight 110kg). The room lights were really nice and the switches in good places as you could turn of the lights from the bed and keep a one dimmer of the lights on that you were able to see around and keep an eye on the children, but still able to sleep well. Parking garage under the hotel and elevator access straight to your floor was perfect when travelling with small childrean and a heap of luggage!

Lovely hotel very close to the harbour and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see. We had a large room on the top floor which overlooked the roof tops with a very comfortable bed and was very peaceful. Breakfast was in a separate building in the courtyard and was very varied and plentiful.

Very stylish hotel and rooms. excellent location, right next to docks and esplanade and only 10 mins walk from the central train station. exclusive feel to the place-smart and cosy. The use of niche perfumery as toiletries (we had Bal D’Afrique by Byredo) was a nice touch. breakfast was fantastic and smartly presented. A comfortable stay.
